They would be "pescatarians", would they not?

and here I was trying to keep us from fighting! LOL.

Ok. So here's how I see it, and we all know that I am right and anyone who disagrees is wrong ;)

Vegetarian= slang for lacto-ovo vegetarian, eats eggs and milk, no meat
Vegan= same as strict vegetrian, no eggs, milk, silk, etc

Piscatarian= eats fish, no red meat, no chicken

and if you eat chicken, please don't call yourself a vegetarian :)

:) vegetarians are humans with wildly differing opinions about things.... Some who don't eat meat for health reasons may have no issue wearing leather. Those who do it for animal cruetly reasons may stay away from leather. Some, like me, try to only buy leather second hand. But I'll tell ya, a pair of doc martins are gonna outlast vegan shoes ANY DAY.

If an egg turns into meat....wouldn't that be against the rules? I dont know...just Darwinistic thought.

ahhh...but most eggs are unfertilized. Of course you can't be 100% if you don't know where the egg came from...

So what you're saying is that one should definitely keep their own chickens...that way they know there's been no chicken humping to defile the eggs....right?...or did I just come off as creepy?

beaver butt is a hard one for me as well.... I need an exhaustive list of what sweet treats contain this fine ingredient and i'll have to test myself for a month.

can i go a month without beaver butt?!?!?!

Well.... a reputable source is best. But isn't denying the right to...uh..."hump"...also animal cruelty???

I may have to go vegan here.

If you eat meat once in a blue moon, that's one thing, but if you consistently eat fish or chicken or seafood once a week, you are NOT a vegetarian! Though personally I also include lard and meat stocks in this....

Ok. I am gonna say it: when people eat meat and call themselves vegetarian, they do actually make the world suck for those of us who are actual vegetarians.

    Example:

Me in restaurant to waiter: Is this vegetarian?
    Waiter: Yes.

Later I find out it had beef stock.

Waiter: well, the other vegetarian said it was vegetarian.

Sooo, what you're saying is that I should never consume anything Strawberry, Raspberry, or Vanilla flavored again, lest I consume Beaver *kitten* juice? Thanks for that.

i am not sure I can say I have been a vegetarian for the last 18 years, because in all likelihood I, too, have consumed poor poor beaver *kitten*.

I think what bothers me the most about it is the physical description. It basically sounds like pus. So...some guy catches a beaver, notices a pus-like substance coming from it's *kitten*, and this ends up in Strawberry Fanta how?

Is this like when someone says they are 80% vegetarian? hehehe. I love veggies and I eat meat but I've never said that I'm a certain % of vegetarian..
To me that's like saying you are kind of pregnant.
