LOL - meh, I grunt, swear, sweat, breath REALLY heavy and laugh during my workouts ... people think I'm weird, SO BE IT!

Provided the weight in use is respectable and the noise isn't 70's porn star or Ray Lewis in nature and/or volume, I don't see any problem with grunting. That stuff's (supposed to be) heavy! The only real exception I'll make is if the grunter is question is curling in a squatrack. In that instance, the grunter should be take out back and snapped with resistance bands.0

Shows you are doing something right!!! I've heard guys grunt to where it echos... granted HUGE weights... but it's okay for them!!!
