Sorry I am too technologically challenged to post pictures and I'm 59 so of a more modest generation. But for 1st time in my life I don't have pooch. Here is what worked for me! lost a lot of pounds, did a lot of core work (pilates, kettle bells, planks, sit ups on a balance ball, etc). Its amazing! Now working on upper body strength with full body push ups. I'm determined to do an unassisted pull up. May have to lose some more weight for that. Can do with assist. Great fun, and am loving my new flat belly in jeans!
Great job!!! Your fabulous, what a fantastic attitude. Age is just a number :happy:0 -
How did you lose the pooch; did you lift weights; what??0

Amazing....very inspirational !0

The ladies in this thread should appreciate the significance of this particular body change that I've noticed lately ... My lower belly fat is starting to flatten out in shape so that it's no longer divided in the center under my belly button! Anyone know what I'm talking about? Well, whether you do or don't, it's an exciting change!!0
-
Bump! These are amazing results! Thanks for the inspiration.:happy:0
-
You look great!!0

Thank you to all of you brave ladies for sharing your pics! Your transformations are awesome and give me hope! Between my pooch and varicose veins it can get a bit discouraging.0
-
Still getting better -- it'll happen ladies, just keep working . Still 15-20 lbs from goal, but I'm finally getting to the point where the abdominal fat below my belly button is starting to flatten out instead of bulge on either side of the belly button.0 -
Not gone (I still have SOO far to go!!), but shrinking -- I feel hopeful! This has been over 3 months.
I was mortified at what my lower abdomen looked like after having my daughter. The first 2 months of good weight loss didn't seem to touch my tummy, but then the third month showed a noticeable difference to me.
you have the same body type that I do, its like looking at myself in the mirror. It is modivation for me. thanks for posting!!0 -
Wow, so inspirational! Xx0

Amazing! This is the last bit I'm really struggling to get rid of. Fingers crossed with a few more pounds it might start to go...!0
-
Wow what a transformation. Congratulations making this far. My belly looks the same. Hope I can see the improvement similar to yours one day soon. I cant wait for my love handles and tummy disappear.0

BUMP!!!! so encouraging for me (first time mom trying to figure out this new body lol):blushing:0

I think I shed a couple tears looking at the before and afters. I was so worried I would be stuck with a yucky belly from losing weight. This gives me hope. I've never been obese but I've also always have some kind of a tummy no matter how small I got.
Same! It's my trouble spot, and that's where I want ALLLL the rest of my weight to disappear from!0 -

Ditto friends, that's my toughie spot, I'm at a "healthy" weight, but even at my littlest (5'6" 128lbs smallest, current 143lb) it just wont go away! Not gonna lie, my lil sis and I named our belly pooches. Mine is Larry. Larry is a rude *kitten* that wears a wife beater, drinks beer, and laughs at me when I dodge a workout for cheese dip or beer or anything fun. On good days I cuss Larry out, workout hard, and eat all the right things. Can't wait to say goodbye, F u larry!!!0 -
So much awesome inspiration in this thread but Zoukeira I can't thank you enough for sharing because we are body twins, lol; I've always been chubby and had a pooch, same height, your weight here is around my goal weight, etc.
Because I've never had a flat tummy my husband says it can't be done, grrr... but I say; clean eating, heavy lifting, running with sprint intervals, somebody just try and stop me.My SW 198lb/89.9kg and during at 62kg/136lb (about 4kg/9lb ago):
And a week ago somewhere between 129lb and 130lb or about 58.5kg/59kg:
And the side during at 136lb/62kg.... (I'm 128lb now and it's even better!):
I'm 5'4" and a mummy and I've been fat since I was 7 or 8 - so there's hope for everyone!!0
