I log everything in the morning, then I barter throughout the day. I take away something I haven't eaten yet, and replace it with something I'd rather eat. It also depends on if I exercise or not. If I don't exercise, it means somethings will have to be removed in order to stay within my allotment.

I do it after I've eaten. Seems if I didnt do it that way I might miss some of the mindless foods or forget oh I had to add some extra oil to the pan cause the potatoes were sticking

I like to log beforehand. Sometimes right before, or in the morning. For the past two days I knew exactly what I was going to eat next day so I prelogged and then used the food scale to be sure I got it right.
  • It depends but I tend to log everything before lunch and it helps me to stick to the planned for the rest of the day

I pretty much log AS I'm eating the food, sandwich in hand, LOL
  • I log breakfast, lunch and snacks the night before. I plan it and log it and then pack it into my lunch box to take to work the next day. When I get home, I make any adjustments and see what's for dinner then plug it in to see how much I can have. By logging breakfast, lunch and snacks ahead I make sure that I save enough calories for whatever dinner and evening snack is.

I log before every meal - but if I'm planning to try a new recipe I'll have whatever meal that's for put in well in advance (usually just out of excitement though).

If I'm at work (which is most days) I'll usually have lunch/afternoon tea pre-logged as I prepare it the night before. Because really, who would spend $7+ on a sasuage roll/meat pie and drink when you can have a much more healthy and fulfilling meal that costs half as much? :P
