We had homemade thin crust veggie pizza...and it was AMAZING! Of course it would have been better with a glass of wine, but alas I gave it up for Lent.

Threw some corn, black beans, salsa, chicken breast, chili powder and cumin in the crock pot this morning, will add to some brown rice, less than 400 cals.

    All sounds amazing!
Mexican food seems quite popular over in the States, will have to give it a go when we visit, we don't really have it over here.

No idea, but I am going to a hockey game (work function) so whatever they serve us is what I will eat. I just hope there is at least 1 healthy option. Just in case, I just had a greek yogurt so I'm not too hungry.

I am having manicotti and a salad. I know, right? It's actually a recipe of my own, well the sauce part, I really did cut out a ton of calories but because this is MY FAVE italian meal I totally planned for it. I went under by calories yesterday and had a great sweat session today.....I swear! Whatever you are having.....enjoy!!
