    Mine are:
-Kirkland plain nonfat Greek yogurt (although low fat is probably a healthier option but whatever.) It's amazing! 24 grams of protein for one cup. I buy it at Costco.
    -Raw almonds from Trader Joe's
-Dave's Killer Bread. Any kind is amazing but I always get the 21 whole grains kind. It's vegan, whole grain, organic, and packed with fiber, protein and omegas. I get it at Whole Foods.
    As for the obvious:
    -Fruits
    -Veggies
    ...from Whole Foods :)
  • Top 5 are:

    Beef
    Eg
    Broccoli
    Cauliflower
    Carrots

all organic, bought at the market or grocery.

    Hummus
    Cottage cheese...lots of protein.
    Eggs
Raw veggies...great to munch on and super low cals...I especially like peppers, cucumbers and grape tomatoes
Chicken....easy to cook, lots of different ways you can fix it...relatively low cals.

ETA: All of these can be pretty much be bought at Walmart or any grocery store.
  • Any Special K product but especially the Red Berry Cereal
    Bananas
    100% White Meat chicken breast
    Baby carrots
    Mixed green salad

I try to keep the shopping easy and go to my Kroger store. If I feel like spoiing myself, I will go to Central market. The Special K products are often on sale at Target and Walmart. I ust discovered the protein meal bars!

    Eggs
    Apples
    Oatmeal
Yogurt (I prefer Kroger Carbmaster--the MOST protein for your buck! If you're touchy about texture though, it is NOT Yoplait. I don't buy yogurt that has a three digit calorie count per 6oz serving. :D I'll make an exception for Greek yogurt though...)
Veggies (if raw: whatever's in-season and on-sale; if frozen: whatever looks delicious... and is on sale. ;D)

Some foods that I incorporate daily (unless travelling which can be more difficult)

    - atlantic salmon fillet
    - rice (mix of types)
    - chia seeds
    - broccoli and green veggies
    - eggs

I also have protein shakes regularly and love my soymilk and tofu :)

WHOLE FOODS = BEST! Just get rid of the processed crap and you will feel so much better. Going gluten-free changed my life as well, so try it out.

EDIT: I buy everything in the supermarket, however I get my chia seeds, quinoa and nuts from online :)
  • Eggs (most mornings. They keep me feeling full until lunch time. Sometimes I have a small snack in between)
    Oatmeal
    Fish (of any kind, really)
    Apple with some PB
    Greek Yogurt (lots of protein)
Baby carrots and sliced cucumber with light tazhiki dressing

I listed more than 5. But these are my "go to" snacks and foods.

    Collards/kale/broccoli (always organic)
