Seeing as I couldn't think of anything for stereotypes that I DO fit into... I thought I'd try the opposite. :huh:


I'm Canadian and I can skate but don't like hockey. I'm gonna get beat like a rented mule for that one.

I'm a guy and I hate beer. Still Canadian and in even more trouble now.

I was somewhat popular in school but never smoked, no drugs and only "sports" I played was I was on the swim team.

    I'm a makeup artist, but when I'm not working, I rarely wear makeup (and even when I am, it's minimal).

    I prefer nerdy non-fiction books to Nicholas Sparks and Nora Roberts.

    That because I'm tall (5' 10") I must have played basketball in high school. Wrong. Volleyball is much more fun.

    hmmm... lets see.. the typical.. because I am overweight I am lazy, even though I work 7 days a week and go to the gym at least 4 days a week... Also, because I am single and my 2 best friends are lesbians I must be one.... I get that one a lot too!!

    You would be shocked how many women would not trust me and put up a guard cause i never married. I guess many thinks you can not be complete if you dont marry or something like that. I dont get it. I look at it this way, I just skipped my first marriage.

    I'm a FAR better driver than my husband. I've been told a number of times that I should be a stunt driver.


    Also, I can dance AND I'm pretty damn good at basketball.

    Seriously, I play MTG, video games, love comic books, dig anime...the list goes on.


    The whole "pretty girls aren't nerds" stereotype (I'm assuming that's the one you were referring to), has been debunked a number of times.

    It's actually true. I won't lie, when I've dated someone my age or older that's never been married I wonder "Why...." *LOL* Sad that being divorced is LESS questionable sometimes. Hang in there :)
