I've been married to the most amazing woman for the last 32 years. I can't imagine my life without her. My heart aches for you. I pray you do well and continue in your efforts to stay healthy and well. God bless & keep you.

Your story is much like mine! I was just at the finish line of my weight loss at 23 when my first husband died of AML. At 23 he left behind 2 children and a step child, all under 5 years old. It is times in your life like these that make you STOP, look around at everything you have and stand back up. You move on not only for yourself but for your children. My life is so much greater now for knowing, loving and having the chance to be a part of his wonderful life. But I am a much more stronger person after lossing him. Stay Healthy Stay Strong! And do your best to teach your little one to eat right and love life :)

Amazing transformation! Congratulations... I know the pain of losing your spouse. My first husband died 3 years ago at the age of 36. Our boys were 3 y/o and 2 mo/o ... I have remarried now and am finding my joy in faith, building a blended family and challenging myself to things I never thought I'd do.

Thank you everyone sooo much! All of the compliments and acceptance and support has made this moment - right now feel like compensation for all of the teasing and ridicule I received in middle school! Thank you so much!

Some of you have asked how I did it. It was a little every day. Never giving up. Always pushing myself from one step to the next. I used the p90x program for my workouts and saw the best results with that. I also religiously track my food on myfitnesspal. But I'd be lying if I didn't give credit to p90x - it changed my life. I was completely skeptical at first, especially since I bought it off an infomercial while I was slaving away at the gym at 4am! But it was the best decision I made. I highly recommend it!

And Never, NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP! Clear your mind of CAN'T!
