    wow! those are amazing results!

    Is this Jillian Micheals 30 day shred? and what are the workouts like? i've been hearing SO much positive feedback on it..just wondering if somebody like me (who loves gym classes and finds it hard to workout at home) would like it.

    Awesome job! I just finished day 20, still have to do modified versions on some of it, not sure that I'll see results quite like yours! Planning on starting over again once I'm done, then ripped in 30!

    WOW! I've been doing 30DS for two months now and have seen a lot of result pics from folks on MFP.. yours are the best!! Congrats!
