Log. Log. Log. Log it all. Log the good days..and the bad day. Log the TOM days. If I don't, then I won't be able to track where that extra pound came in...and why.0

I try and record every bite I put into my mouth! Senseless snacking/trying a bite here and there.. it can really add up. I'd prefer to overestimate what I'm eating than underestimate. I totally went over my calories on Sunday (Easter), and I logged every bit of it. And now I know that next holiday, it's not going to be worth it to eat half my calories in chips and dip, because I know I'll be mad at myself and regret it later, because I was still hungry all day. Sucked. And, I had gained almost 2 pounds the next day. Easter was the first day since I've been actively logging that I've gone over. It helps me be accountable for what I eat. Otherwise, if I don't log it, I can say that no one knew and it didn't really happen. Not ideal.0
