No, not anymore because I find it hard to get in more than 2000 calories while on it. It all depends on how much food you can eat.0

yea I am trying to get to 10% body fat...but then I want to add some muscle to that ..so I will probably have a hard time eating 2800 cals a day on IF/lean gains..
