    57.2 out of 70... 12.8 to go. Gotta do at least 2.56 per day to hit my goal for this month. I started out so strong and lost it when I got sick and haven't been able to get back on track. I know I can still hit my goal but I shouldn't have to be scrambling at the end to get it done.

    Well a slow day yesterday but gym today and Week 4 Day 1 of C25K.....sore....Not sure if I will get to the 200km ....work is getting in the way of things....just over 31km to do....but off on a trip tomorrow and will not be back til Saturday....the joys.... ;-)
