A slow start and getting back on the saddle after nearly 2 weeks off with a flu-virus. Will need to downscale this months target to just 750 miles - and that's going to be a struggle

Just returned from a stellar walk on the beach - it's an 11 weather-wise here today!!! So I am happy to report that I am finally IN THE GREEN!!!! puts me at 77.75 / 80 for March. Will polish it off with the easter bunny tomorrow! Cheers!0

Well been away for the past few days with family so no gym but lots of walking which was pretty good, even though it was very cold. So tomorrow is the last day and I am 14.6km short of my goal for March....I can see a hard slog at the gym tomorrow (need to get my C25K week 4 done) so the exercise bike will be my home for a while after the c25k stuff....the joys of it...
And to round it all off we all start again on Monday....yea ha...(but its a 30 day month...)
