    Well did my C25K w4 d2 today....plus some other treadmill stuff....did not reach my goal this month...will not make any excuses...very close to it..

    Will start again tomorrow ..... ;-)...could easily have lied and said I completed it but no point in being that way....congrats to all who reached the 100 percent....

    Did the Athens HM 5K race this morning.:happy:
    Took me 39 mins to run the somewhat longer and hilly distance ( it was 5.3K). :ohwell:
