    BTW can definately feel my arms and back stronger and more tone...but not much difference in lower abs and legs...

    Just jump right in! This is an older thread but there are a lot of peole that just started. We are doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD program. You do each level for 10 days (straight or take rest days if you need to), just go at your own pace but push yourself to do it as much as you can, it's not easy. This thread is just motivational, we are doing it and checking in as a group so we stick with it more than we would doing it alone. If you don't have the DVD you can look up the full workout on You Tube. You will need a set of weights (hand weights 2,4,or 5lbs) and possibly a workout mat.

    Level 3 day 6 done..woo hoo 4 more days...then on to ripped in 30...So far lost 3 inches from waist...1 inch from hips...Havent weighed myself in a while though...

    Started Level 1 on April 1st! Today is my 3rd day and I definitely have aching thighs (back and front)! But I'm determined to keep going!
