    Ahh I have no idea how to put photos in so I'll just copy in my profile picture but I am just starting to see the slightest difference in my body. Everything is becoming a little more toned. I haven't lost much weight but I''ll take healthier and more toned any day! Seeing everyone else's pictures is very motivating!

    I'm still a work in progress, but I'm more than halfway to goal and I have now lost enough that I can no longer say, "I have more than 100 pounds to go."

    55+ lbs lost in the last year with 50 lbs lost since late June when I joined MFP. Eating smartly below my goal and daily exercise works wonders. I've been losing a steady 1-1/2 lbs per week.

    That my pal Alienrite! Hard worker and a permanent supporter! He has a top class blog and takes much of his time to help others in their lifestyle change!
    His results show, are hard earned and well deserved. Congrats my friend!

    Amazing Job everyone! :) Keep it up! Here is my Before and After...at my heaviest 283.6 (green shirt) July of 2011 and Grey shirt is just a few days ago at 226....This was 58 pounds BUT as of this morning I finally hit my 60 pounds lost 223.6 :)
