    On the underwear topic - I always wear underwear. Usually seamless, but honeslty I don't care how my *kitten* looks in my yoga pants.

    And my gym has a "No Thongs" rule. For real.

    i took a poll at my hot yoga class tonight. of the 14 people i asked, nobody was wearing underwear. i wasn't either so 15-0 for team commando.

    Yoga class I go commando because:

    (1) underwear will go in your *kitten* crack while doing yoga

    And

    (2) I have my own mat so if I smear, at least it's on my own mat,

    And

    (3) unlike a long run or serious lifting, yoga has never caused me to, uh, squeeze out any more discharge than I normally discharge just walking around.
