    What is a squat deadlift incline? I do squats and deadlifts but I've never heard of this.

    Squat, deadlift, and bb rows. Any big compound movement really.. Standing shoulder press, rows, dips, bench press, a db press, etc.

    Why 3? There are 4 basic compound lifts, you'd be losing out on one of the big ones right away. Most basic strength programs include 5-6 movements (Check out Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe or Stronglifts 5x5)

    Power Cleans
    Squats
    Deadlifts
    Bench Press
    Overhead Press
    Pull-ups
