    Well I started off doing a work out on pinterest every week. If you search 1000 calorie workout out it will pop up. Not sure if you really burn that much but don't get discouraged and take as many breaks as you need to.. after a week I was not getting sore anymore so I swapped crunches for bicycle crunches and the squats for lunges. Now I am jogging two miles every other day and I either spend 45 min on arm weights at home and planks and stomach work outs or I just do some cardio.. it takes 21 days to break a habit just remember that :) I'm doing things physically I never thought I could ever do and I crave more everyday. Best feeling I have ever had!
