    gw:105 although might change my mind......may stop "dieting" at 110

    Now 1500, was trying a low carb/high protein diet and was usually around 1200-1350. Now I'm eating 6 meals a day, about 250 calories each meal. (eating anything as long as it stays within my daily calories) I'm not having the cravings I did with the low carb diet.
    I workout about 6 days a week. Normally during the week it's about 1 1/2 hours total of strength training and cardio. Then normally just cardio on the weekend.
