    I keep it simple too....
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Chocolate (whatever flavor chocolate I feel like buying)
1 bottle Dean's Low Fat Chocolate Milk Chug(16 fl. oz)

Shaker cup and I'm good to go.

All I can say about whey protein is it works for me. I'm not as sore the next day and it's helped me build lean muscle

Lots of different ways, milk or water depending.

Add ins- fruit fresh or frozen, spinach, greek yogurt, peanut butter, etc.

My current favorite way is mixing one scoop of vanilla powder with three egg whites and a bit of water and frying them up for protein pancakes. So good!

Depends on macros. If I'm done w/carbs by end of day I just add water. (Otherwise) I'll add bananas, chobani, 2% milk or silk in different combinations sometimes ice cream.

I use 2 scoops of Interphase HM for 194 calories and 34 grams of protein. I mix it with Almond milk and recently started adding ground flax seed, hemp seed, strawberry yogurt, and a couple ice cubes mixed in a blender. I usually have one post workout

2 scoops of protein powder, 1.25 cups of alm milk, 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of strawberries and a scoop of low carb vanilla
    Ice cream.

I drink it with a waffle and a protein pancake, and add almond butter and blueberry jam.

    This is EVERY MORNING.

I tend to mix 1 to 1.5 scoops in skim milk then I mix that into my coffee in the AM and use it as creamer.

If I take it at night, I typically prefer mixing it into quick oats (proatmeal).

I'll also use it to make ice cream or other food items.

    1 scoop whey isolate
1/2 cup non-fat small curd cottage cheese
1 tablespoon freshly ground almond butter.
1 tablespoon sugar free preserves with fiber

I also love mixing it in greek yogurt, steel cut oats, or unsweetened almond milk.

I vary mine but typically it is:

    1 scoop of vanilla powder
    1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt
    1 cup of 2% milk
    1 banana

sometimes I'll use 2 scoops. It's easy to get a 500 calorie shake.
    sometimes I use almond milk
sometimes I throw a little PB in
sometimes I don't use a banana or yogurt, just milk and powder.
It all depends on my mood and what my calorie needs are. A lot of times if I'm short at the end of the day after dinner I'll have a shake and what I put in depends on what macros I have left to fill.

I don't consider the rice, peas, hemp and chia seeds in mine to be 'pretend' food.

I usually just mix with water and chug.

Sounds like we drink the same protein powder!

I blend a frozen banana, 2 Tablespoons of dark chocolate cocoa powder, a scoop of vanilla flavored plant protein powder (http://www.vitacost.com/vitacost-plant-protein), 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and a few ice cubes. It helps with my chocolate fix too!

My favorite is about a half scoop with a cup of coffee in the morning. I have 2 cups everyday and it is so tasty and easy to add to my daily routine. Right now I have Body Fortress Vanilla Creme and I add in a little sugar free coffeemate creamer and a little Truvia and its like a vanilla latte. YUM!

Variety is the spice of life! There are many great suggestions here and all are valid. (except for the raw egg guy! Salmonella??)

My favorite flavor is Syntrax Nectar Chocolate Truffle: 1 scoop with 1 cup of light soy milk, made in a Blender Bottle. I've found that I like the Syntrax Matrix shakes made in the blender with 1 scoop of powder, 1 cup of light soy milk and 1 frozen banana. (Sliced before freezing so that it blends easier.) I also have a variety of sugar free syrups that I might add to my shakes. I typically have a shake just for breakfast, but sometimes it just "sounds good" for other meals. (You know, those times when there's nothing in the fridge/freezer that sounds good...)

I hate eating in the morning, so I have:

I scoop Syntha-6 (chocolate milkshake flavor) stirred into hot coffee with 1 big spoon of artificial sweetener.

High protein hot cocoa! 22 grams protein, 200 calories, 30 secs to make.

    Sincerely,
The Laziest Vegetarian in the World
