Not as impressive as most, but still pleased with my 18lbs loss

You lost weight from your low back which makes it less curved. I can see real progress!

HOW DID U GET UR TUMMY TO GO DOWN?
Looks like part of the tummy reduction is that she got her swayback fixed a bit, so her back doesn't curve as much. That'll put the tummy where it's supposed to go.

I didn't realise I had a swayback to fix! But now you say it maybe my back is abit dodgy looking!!
I did the 30day shred youtube vidalas tarting at level one building up to level three and used MFP calorie counting to lose my stomach, I do at least 30minutes to an hour walking a day to get my bum and thighs down.

Amazing what a year can do. Though that was 16 months ago, and I've now undone some of that work (but still much, much closer to the after than the before). But if you want to know what you can do with 12 months of diet (bear in mind that for 8 or 9 months of that year I did no exercise because my achilles went and I was forbidden), there you have it.

WOW.... this is SO AWESOME to see everyone's progress!!! I LOVE IT!

While 90% of my progress actually happened back in 1998 - I lost 75 lbs. I've since gained a little over 10 lbs of it back so I'm working on that now.

This was in 1995 - not a great pic but you get the idea. (212 lbs)

This was taken last Oct. - (148 lbs)

Brilliant change and as you say without exercise for the majority of the twelve months. Great motivation.
