I can't get my pics up here I have tried and tried.....anyway I started out at 196 and I'm now 122 went from a size 16 to a 3. I have pics posted on my page.

I love seeing before and after pictures. When you see weight loss ads on TV you never know if the before-after pictures have been doctored. It's great to see real people posting real pictures. You all look fantastic! Hopefully by the end of the year I can post my before and afters! Thanks for sharing and giving the rest of us hope that it can be done!

I can't say I'm anywhere near through with my journey, but I do have pics! I've taken the advice of everyone here and taken pictures and measurements on the first of every month since January. My progress is slow, and I'm blaming nursing school for that! Hopefully the next time I post progress pics, I'll have gotten much closer to my goal!
