On this journey of fitness, you shoud be very careful you dont bulk up. I assume you've already spot reduced any problem areas? Also, 20 mins twice a week. Thats too much. Try the two minute workout. You only need a thumb and index finger.0 -

The rule of thumb is 1-1.5g per body weight goal. As to your special protein amounts, I think the real question is, do you also use a teeth whitener? U dont want your chicklets to get too white.0 -

You are looking for something roughly about twice the size of your fist. or about about 8inchs. and your intake should be about 6x times a day. But don't eat it too fast, take it slow and let it fill you up over the course of 30mins.
