    Hi Wolf,

    My friends are saying I am too old for Bleach Blonde Hair, should I dye it brown or leave it as it is?? lol!!

    Actually, I would agree. I think the Ric Flair color isnt working. I would go with a light brown with some highlights and maybe a dash of pink.

    Oh Wolf, I've been working on my arms with 20 lb weights for about 3 weeks now, and I'm starting to see a line down the middle of my arm, as well as a hump on the top when I curl it in the mirror. Is it a tumor? Should I go buy some pink weights from walmart and do 1000 reps instead?

    Really 21 days in a row of working with weights is a mistake. YOu need rest days. Also, purple.

    Ok, finishing that statement with "purple" just pulled me over to the wolf pack. My husband hates when he asks me a question I can't answer and I always respond with "purple"

    My question directly relates to humps. I am thinking of tracking my humps as a way to measure their affect on my headaches or vice versa. Does anything bedroom related count as a hump?... Only things where happy endings were achieved by both parties? One party?... Solo sessions?

    To my mind hump is strictly missionary and full and simultaneous completion. Everything else is gravy. Yummy delicious gravy... but not not actual hump. What's your advice for tracking on my new blank macro slot if I can get enough support for it? What's your definition of hump?

    I vote for purple instead. warm and cool colors like that just dont mix Wolfie. I thought you knew this.

    Also I've started upping my protein and taking creatine. Will this make me bulky and man-ish?

    I like this guy and he says he likes me but I don't hear from him as often as I'd like, he says he is very busy, he doesn't really answer any of my ? about our future..he barely finds time for me..
    Should I assume, he is just NOT THAT INTO ME?
