Drink coffee, or go for a run. Even more fun would be to eat a buttload of chocolate. That'll get things going for sure.
Buttload seems to be the problem.
My go to solution is mango and papaya.

That happened to me too when I started eating cleaner, I think it's because your body isn't used to having so much less calories and fat.
I recently started stirring in two teaspoons of benefiber into my morning coffee and it works great! Been at least twice a day since. Make sure you're getting enough water too.0 -
twice a week? dear god, woman. i can't tell you how many times i go a day. i mean, i don't go. like supermodels, politicians, actors, and other beautiful people, i don't poop. and if i did? it would smell like roses.0

I heard that coffee and/or apples are great for making you need to go. I'm not sure though since I don't really have either.
For me, porridge works. I have it most mornings and within a half hour of that I'm good to go. If I have a different breakfast, then I'm not.0 -
If you eat too much fiber, don't drink enough water, it can constipate you. Try coffee and like a spoon of prune juice in the morning. Can't taste it in there. I had to do this in my pregnancy, the prenatals constipate me so bad.0

I do not care for prune juice, but I try to eat 2 prunes a day. (good fruit for my diabetes too). I will have them as a snack with a glass of vanilla almond milk. I have noticed that the Sunsweet "ones" individually wrapped, do not work as good as the box I get at Aldi stores. called something grove in yellow box. They are smaller prunes and seem a bit moister. I eat lots of cheese (which will bind you up), and 2 of these prunes a day keeps me regular. once a day to visit my dear friend 'John".
Prunes get a bad wrap. they really are not bad. They taste kinda like a bigger raisin.0 -

Forgive me for posting the same advice on more than one thread; everyone seems to be poop-challenged around here today.
Flax seeds! In your smoothie, in your cereal, in your salad, in your spaghetti sauce ... little buggers go in everything. Do it!
Hemp hearts! Start slowly (don't give yourself thunderbutt) and work up to a couple of tbsp per day. I have 1-2 tbsp a day now, and for the first time in my life, I am going EVERY MORNING - in a normal fashion, not an angry bowel fashion.
Here is a digestive smoothie that might help you. Drink at night, and revel in the morning magic:
1 small banana
1 small/medium pear
3 mint leaves
1-2 tsp liquid honey/maple syrup (your choice)
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 cup water
Blend and serve. If you skip the honey/syrup, your tastebuds will punch you in the face.

I've been thinking about this and came up with an idea. It's a pill that starts with the first letter of the alphabet........then two ls and ends with an i. Apparently when you take it you crap. a lot.

I take the Fibercon pills from Walmart,I eat salads pretty much daily Mon-Fri and I take a magnesium pill daily. I go very regularly. Like at least 3 times a day. I have never felt better. I noticed before the fiber pills I wasn't going and felt horrid. Now that is a thing of the past.0
