I eat whole wheat Total most mornings... but I'm getting a little bored with it. I do sometimes put a little banana on it to spice things up... curious what cereal everyone is liking....

Kashi Go Lean Toasted Berry Crumble. Nothing should ever taste THAT darn good!!
Kashi Go Lean Honey Almond Flax is very good as well, especially with Silk Almond or Silk Almond Unsweetend Vanilla.0 -
Healthy cereal???
Is there such a thing??
I'd go with granola..
i don't like sugar in my cereal so that takes most of it off my menu.
PS.. total has a lot of otehr stuff in it.. it's not as healthy as you think.. maybe not every type of it.. but a bunch of it.0 -

I normally have cereal once a week, if that. In the winter it's oatmeal and summer shredded wheat.0

Oatmeal or Cheerios (any flavor...I am a little obsessed). I tend to do smoothies during the week, since I can drink them on my way to work, but on the weekends, I have a serious apple cinnamon Cheerios problem0

Meh, still don't think there's a healthy cereal. Granola is way too high in sugar.
I'll go with eggs or yoghurt or cheese or fish.0 -
Not a huge cereal fan, but I generally prefer the Kashi cereals with unsweetened almond milk.0

Original Cheerios or nothing.0
