    Steel cut oats, cooked in milk, or almond milk. Add chopped apple towards the end of cooking, and a dash of cinnamon. Truly delicious!

    I like the Wheat Bran flakes Dry cuz I don't like Milk with a Greek Yogurt some days, or I love Grape Nuts always have with yogurt.

    Nature's Path is a wonderful line of breakfast products! Cereal Granola Oatmeal Everything! And if you store doesn't carry them, they also sell their products throught their website with discounts!

    I really like the Special K with protein! The sugar is really high but it's very yummy and filling. =)

    True. You need to see the whole picture. However, I would claim a better balance of overall nutrition than just about any cereal.

    That being said, i had a big bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats this morning becuase i was too tired to make eggs! Odd, because i am pretty Paleo.

    Bobs Red Mill Traditional Rolled Oats.

    It is the only 'cereal' I buy. Most other type of cereals are pretty cr*ppy imo.

    I make my own muesli with oats, nuts and grains. For a change I'll have Weetbix or porridge. I'm in Australia so you may be unfamiliar with some of those.

    Kasho GO LEAN.. used to eat it SO MUCH back in college.

    Special K cereal.. I used to snack SENSIBLY awhile back, like a cup or two post dinner as my crunch snack. But it got to a point where I would BINGE on these cereal, like a whole friggin box which made me sick (obviously) so now I just avoid cereal :P

    most cereal has too much sugar for my taste. they make my teeth hurt! instead, i eat muesli with almond milk in the morning. i'll top it off with some almonds, raisins, random trail mix i have on hand, or flax seed when it's looking a little too plain.
