cook your steak rare so you don't have to put anything on it

why cook it at all ?? if its got blood its not cooked and should not be eaten that is what separates the animal from the meat the bleeding.

 Hell no, I want my steak blue.

you mean cow mooing ??? guess you never eaten a steak youve known ?? alot harder to swollow the blood then.

I'd happily eat a steak I have known - as long as its blue / rare without ketchup

I think it would be more of a dishonor to said cow that you ruined the meat that you killed it for.

Wait....what? So, if it is not bleeding, it ceases to be an animal?
bleeding seperates the animal from the meat. So women are animals and men are meat?

The only answer here is Hunt's. Nothing else belongs on a steak.

The steak tends to overpower hunt's.

 Yes Hunt's is nasty. But Heinz does not belong anywhere near a steak ;)

You are SO right! Because NO ketchup belongs near a steak! If you need ketchup, you're cooking it wrong!

What is the best ketchup to enhance the flavor of a steak?

....... This should be in the Chit Chat and Games forum because this has to be a joke.

FYI- I havent read the rest of the forum.

But NO ONE SHOULD EVER PUT KETCHUP ON A STEAK. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU? JUST SAYING.

    A1.

it doesn't look like ketchup and it doesn't taste like ketchup, but it's the right ketchup for steak.

False. A quality rare steak requires no sauce... just a small pool of pretty, natural red goodness.

Do you cook it with ketchup, or do you put the ketchup on after it's cooked?

strictly for dipping my well done charred steak into.
Any ketchup will do, then, they all come from the same factory :P

ketchup belongs nowhere near a steak. if you put ketchup on a cut of beef you may as well eat a hamburger.
