    A1 on some, Chimichurri (Argentinian) sauce on skirt steak, nothing on a nice well seasoned piece of beef.

    Ketchup is for hamburgers, not steak.

    A1 if you MUST, but a good, properly cooked and seasoned steak (simple is best, salt, pepper, garlic) doesn't need anything and stands on it's own.
