NICE! Love all the die-hards who hoof it EARLY!! My BIG QUESTION to many of you is this:
How the heck can you work out after only being awake for 30 minutes?????? :noway: :noway: I need at least 90 minutes (and something in my belly) before I feel I can have an effective workout session. HOW DO YOU GUYS DO IT!?!?!?
I'm generally not awake enough to realize I've worked out until after I take my shower when I get home. That's how I do it. I prefer to workout after work, but it is kind of nice to know that when I get off on Mondays and Tuesdays that I don't have to head to the gym.0 -
Up at 4:30, walk my dog, and at the gym by 5:30 Coffee and breakfast after, then work by 80
