    i'm gonna be honest here... i do some catering work to help support the acting career, and i've been known to steal whole sugar cubes and eat them straight. but only the brown ones. because... you all know how i feel about white foods

    Key words "LOW LEVELS" Americans think a cup a day is great! Really we should have about a teaspoon a day or less. Natural sugars are better for us-like fruit.
