    I have given this same advice on here before but will give it again.

    You walk up to him and corner him. Confidently, yet gently grab him by the junk. Maintain eye contact while doing so and smile. He will either take you right then and there or run away. At least you will know his feelings and either way you got to grab him! You win!!!
