    Take up martial arts. Traditional schools will teach you control, honour and what's required for you to survive in a situation. Control is what it's about and confidence, also an excellent workout. I took Tae Kwon-Do.

    I second the boxing gym. Also, putting a picture of someone you want to punch in the face on a dart board, like my ex's gf, and throwing darts at it, is very therapeutic. Messing with family deserves a punch in the face, in my opinion, it's just not always legally in your favor.

    Whenever you're reasonably sure the person deserves it and you're also reasonably sure you'll get away with it. In my experience it's the second one that is so damn difficult.

    I can give you my ex husband's address, you can go punch his wife in the face for me if you want :) She's a serious piece of work. She's wife # 3 for him, I was #1. Through it all ex and I got along with each other, even through the divorce, wife #2...until SHE (#3) came into the picture. She's a money hungry, rude azz, compulsive liar. Go for it!
