    I had a meditation instructor who said, talking about hitting people, "If you see someone beating up a woman you may have to punch him in the nose. This is okay, as long as you are feeling compassion for him when you are doing it."

    I often use the excuse that I thought I was going to be attacked,so threw the first punchin fear....it works most of the time, just say you felt in fear of you life and felt the need to defend and protect yourself and your possessions ......or just do it and drive away quickly....don't stick around for a verbal argument ,just get it done and go......good luck hope this helps ....has worked for me several times ..lol

    It depends on where you're coming from. If you're coming from a place of rage and uncontrolled emotions, then it's never okay.

    If you're coming from a calm place, where you're offended, or see something completely distasteful, then it becomes slightly less crazy.


    You'll still get arrested for assault though.

    I understand the feeling completely, i work customer service at Wal-Mart. But I can't punch people there, so I just smile at them and indulge in a little fantasy about having them executed at dawn the next day. Makes it very easy to smile then.

    what's worse if you're not given a time frame then they repeatedly come and see if you've done it... if you wanted it done asap then just f@~#*ing say it?!?!
