If 1lb of fat = 3500 calories then why does 1lb of coconut oil (coconut oil is 100% fat - every single calorie is from fat) have over 3900 calories? (http://nutritiondata.self.com/)
100g of coconut oil = 862 calories. 1lb = 453.592grams. So 1lb of coconut oil = 3909.96304
Actually weighing every day is how I figured out that certain foods affect that number on the scale. And how the quality of the food affects that number on the scale (food isn't made in a factory. So what covers more than 90% of the grocery stores is not food - it's fake food). That number on the scale has absolutely NOTHING to do with my calorie intake.

When your body is used to some healthy food, then you overeat, it takes few days till that overeaten food is completely out and burned, so don't worry.
I eat one fast food meal every three or four weeks (taking into account my calorie limits). That way you don't gain weight.
Like today, i ate less in my breakfast (around 180 cals or so), had a Macdonald's meal without coke, walked a little, and had pinapple and kewi juice for dinner. Just stepped onto the scale my weight is the same but i'll check again tomorrow morning.
So the idea is: eat whatever you want if you feel like it but stick to your daily calorie limit. And whenever y ou overeat do some extra exercise.
Best of luck0 -
Use the toilet. Then you'll lose at least a pound0

You weigh every day? SERIOUSLY?!
You can fluctuate by 5lbs easily day to day so you're only hurting yourself if you weigh every day!
I know why some people try not to weigh themselves daily, but I like seeing the stats. I do try to keep the weight taking to a consistant time and circumstance; same attire, post-bathroom, shortly after getting out of bed. If it's higher, I might weigh myself in the afternoon, but so long as it's aiming for around 2lbs a week, per my plan, I'm not going to stress.0
