We've all been there where we've had a complete reality check, but on the brightside (c'mon us northerners are postive people!) at least you've time to make a difference and you hadn't put on weight between your fitting and the wedding. If you eat sensibly and do some regular exercise you'll be able to drop some poundage and will feel a whole lot better about yourself. Don't know if you're interested but I've just signed up to a challenge where we have to record our weight/measurements in a month's time via a secret group on facebook - I needed to make myself accountable to someone to help with my motivation.0
