    1966 Chevy Impala Super Sport. It was grey with a black vinyl top. Black interior. Had steel bumpers. Round tail lights. Bought it around 1975.
    That car took me to work as a teacher during the day & to college at night for my master's.

    57 Chev. It was a 6 cyl on the column but was a great car and nice looking. That was back in 69

    My cousin had a red one of those (just a Jeep, not specifically Barbie) when we were little - I LOVED it! Sadly, he's always lived in a different state so I rarely got to steal it...

    It's always a bit weird to me when Americans are complaining about having to drive a stick shift.
    In Europe most people drive manual and it's quite rare to be driving automatic. It's not like it's that hard.

    My first car was manual, and it was mandatory for us to learn or my Dad refused to teach us how to drive.
