Do you use a housekeeping service (or housekeeper)? A personal trainer? A meal service? Or other expenses some might consider "frivolous"?

I'm generally fairly fiscally conservative, with the one exception of a housekeeper. That's my splurge.

I was a housekeeper way back in the day....that now makes a lot of sense why those guys kept throwing money at me and wouldn't leave the hotel rooms...haha.

oh and to the OP....my splurge is a housekeeper (who I don't throw money at for other services :) )

We had yard workers, house cleaners, and a personal trainer for my wife. Even though we could afford it we got sick of paying for all that.

I would really love to be a bit more well off and have a personal chef and a personal massuese.

I clean houses for a living, after a decade of cleaning hotels. It's decent work. I'm not rolling in the dough, but being able to set my own schedule and not have to divvy up the profits between other people (an old boss ran a team housecleaning business and often disliked having to split the costs) is really nice.

So I'm very happy to find out people want to hire maids.

I buy lots of frivolous things. Most of the time they're small, but sometimes a bit pricey.

I am a single dad with two kids, and a full time job with an hour and fifteen minute commute each way. I pay a house cleaner to come in once every two weeks, otherwise it just won't get done. I do well to get laundry done.

I wish I could afford a maid to come in once a week.

Being a single Dad things pile up quickly.
I would be thrilled to have a gf that would help.

I have a staff of 2- they may or not be classified in some parts as "child labor". Why pay for what you can birth for free?

I guess it depends. I only have 3 regular bills so I guess anything else would be frivolous.

Regular things I spend money on:

    Alcohol
    Eating out
    Casino
    DVDs
    Traveling

Drink, drugs, fast cars, loose women. The rest of it I just waste. *

*Note for the oversensitive. This is what we like to call a joke.
