    100 squats done, half with 3 lb dumbbells. To answer a question upstream, I noticed less pain in the top of my knees overall. I'm happy with that. There's too much of me to notice any big difference at this point.

    Day 10 c0mpleted. The front of my legs are fine now and i can do them much quicker to.
    Was expecting my bum to burn, its not. Either i'm doing it wrong or its a leg only and not a bum exercise.
    Dont get me wrong i am in no ways complaining x

    I started this on the 31st March I think, and am currently on day 11 I think.. Doing 110 today!!
    The first day was a killer.. Couldn't walk or sit down comfortably!
    I'm use to it now, and see the aches and pains as a positive that my muscles are working hard :) such a good challenge!! :) cannot wait to see the results!
    If their any good, may do it every month!! :D
