    Choosing not to take a rest day so I'm doing 65 squats today!

    I'm on day 17, and I can honestly say I see no difference at all. I'm currently at 250 squats today. I started changing up the squats to see if i would get better results. I sumo squat, jump squat etc. I also get really deep, yet nothing. Any suggestions?

    I'm on day 6 and I usually break my squats up with like a 10 second rest in between(espeically after I got past 60 squats). Today, the backside of my thighs and legs are kinda sore. But I try not to rest in between too much b/c I like to keep my form and stay in the mood. Today, I will add some weights. But I have lost 3 pounds since I started but I'm doing other workouts too.

    did you measure before and now? i don't ever "see" a difference, because i always think i look the same, but the measuring tape tells a different story. so do clothes!

    I know this post this post is why more than a year old, but I just found the 30 day squat challenge. And I have completed 2 days so far.

    Day 1-50 ---> Legs feel all wobbly
    Day 2-55 ---> Legs so sore it hurts
