Day 9 done! 100 regular squats and 100 plie squats both with a set of 5lb weights. I think my form is getting better because I could def feel more of a burn today. I also think I am seeing some tightening and more muscle along the backs of my thighs. Yay for this challenge!!0

Day 15 done, tried some plie squats with 3 lb weights.
Not that I stare at my butt on a regular basis, but I'd swear it looks smaller than the last time I saw it.0 -

Day 16 = rest!
After I finish my set of squats (and god they buuuurn!) I get immediately down and do 20 pushups, just because I feel like ive been neglecting my arms lol.0 -

You're not the only one! I spent an hour looking that up online and I couldn't find anything. It honestly makes me a tad bit hopeless. Do squats really work? If so I need proof lol!0

Do we have to do them all in one set or break them up in the day? Like today is day 9 so I am suppose to do 100. Should I do all 100 at once or break into two 50 sets?0

i'm doing them all at once, if i have time. just to get them done. i'm also doing the 100 push up challenge. so, i just do it all at the same time.
i measured on saturday and my hips were down almost 2 inches in the two weeks i've been doing this.
tonight, is 130........ i'm tempted to do like some of you are and add some light weights...... we shall see :-)

Do you think doing them all at one time is more effective? I am thinking it would be because of the muscle exertion but I am not certain.0
