Great post!! Thanks for all the good ideas. For a great, creamy soup, I throw an onion, a few garlic cloves, celery leaves and stalks, and a head of cauliflower in a stockpot with some water or low sodium chicken broth and steam until tender, then use my immersion blender to smooth it out. Very filling and satisfying. Top with hot sauce or some red pepper flakes.
  • Thank you very motivating great tips .. never thought about counting the sugar in my yogurt just looked down the one I am eating has 10

Thanks for posting this! It is so nice to see someone winning and sharing. I found quite a few helpful tips in your post and like you I do rely on motivation sayings and post. Once again, Thanks so much for your post.
  • Thank you for taking the time to share your suggestions!
  • My list was actually "hard copy" from a gym, but just from Googling here's a list that looks pretty similar to what I was using:
http://www.glycemicgourmet.com/glycemic-index-table.html (the ones with the "dots" are little-to-no blood sugar impact)

Here's another list that looks good:

Congrats on your loss!!! Bet you feel fantastic!! Thank you for sharing your "secrets"!!! :)

I second everything that's been said--this is a great post full of useful, specific tips. I've already referred back to it about twelve times today!

And who knew that nifty weekly summary was lurking in the app version? It's such a clear visual summary of all the data--best tool I've seen in ages.

    Thanks so much!

Awesome post! It really pays of to keep things simple like you said using left overs... I cook on the weekends and make most of my lunches from it !for the week! I also make almond flour from ground whole almonds ... It's much cheaper that way!
