Made it through week 1. Legs and shoulders are dead.
I think i am going to do Friday and Saturdays in the morning and Monday-Wednesday at night. Finishing the week off in the morning gives my body 48hrs + of rest which is much needed at this point0 -
Starting on the 150

I am starting on monday (8th of April), who wants to join me??? Maybe we should start our own group or thread to keep accountable on our progress.
I was already in week 5 on Insanity (love it) but went on a 2 weeks vacation so now I am back home and ready to start all over again..
PM if you want to do this0 -
I got Insanity for christmas and then fell down the stairs and cracked my collar bone, just cleared to start it but I've been afraid! Thanks for all the notes, I've done Jillians' 30 DS and can keep up, so I feel ready. I'll do fit test tonight or tomorrow am and go from there....PM me if you are starting now too. Could use the support!0

I am starting Insanity on Monday with my husband, hoping we'll be able to motivate each other0

Just finishing 1st week... Really enjoying it!0

I started Insanity today. I pushed myself through the Fit Test with respectable numbers I think. Had lunch and some rest, but felt the need to do the Plyometric Cardio Circuit disc. So I did it. Felt like I jumped into a tub of water. I survived both workouts. Fit test was too short for me to feel good about my workout. Being in the gym and running over the last month helped me. I couldn't imagine starting from where I was in early February. Feel free to add me if you want support through the journey.0

I'm halfway through month 2. It's a love/hate relationship: I hate the workout, but I love how much fitter I feel!0

I'm an insanity hater....say hello to knee and joint pains and goodbye to some muscle0
-
I start rest week on Monday! Then on to month 2! It's absolutely INSANE!!!!0
-
I'll be on day 8 today!0

I'm swapping my rest days; I did four days and I realized that my rest day would be on Monday, which is actually the best day of the week for me to do it. So, I moved the rest day to today (Saturday) and I'm going to do 8 days straight starting tomorrow. Hopefully it isn't *too* bad!0

Started 3 days ago, did the Fit test, and today the DVD no. 1. For people that says that it's easy, 2 things comes to my mind, or they are not doing it to the full or they are mega fit. When I finish today I was dead

Much needed day of rest. Looking forward to week 2.0

I am not one to believe in workout DVD's but I am starting my final week of Insanity tomorrow and I am down 40lbs! It really is a great program and the best part about it is you will never get to a point where it gets too easy0

I'm on week two... my knees are killing me and I'm super sore! But I'm super motivated to make this weight loss thing finally happen! Go big or go home! (Globe jumps are no joke!)0

I'm a little over a week In and want a break because I feel exhausted. I think it's probably because I have a bit of a cold too.0
-
I would love to do Insanity but I don't have access to a DVD player - I have a Macbook Pro Retina and it doesn't have a CD/DVD/BluRay drive! First world problems I know..
Are there any online versions available?0 -
Anyone whose experiencing weight gain, that's normal. It's muscle and when you're body is adjusting to a new workout it retains water, look more at your inches and the second month has been proven to melt the weight off by the end, don't get discouraged..push through it and make sure to make up for the calories burned! without it your body will go into starvation and eat off of your muscle (not good).0

Hi guys!
I'm nearly finished with week 2 of insanity, i have today's workout and then a day off
I really love the program, i can't wait to finish it to see the results! Right in time for summer too
Just got to remember to take it a day at a time and not get daunted by the whole process. Drink LOADS of water and make sure you're eating enough, especially protein!
Feel free to add me for motivation and support0 -
Hello all! I started Insanity yesterday with my husband! I hope we will get nice results! Hard workout but i like it so much! I planning to do round 2 with my best friend too!0

Hi all, I started Insanity with the Fit test on Sunday and did the first program last night. I can't do all the moves yet but I hear that will get better.
I have a question for the seasoned Insanity Vets-do or did any of you get light headed going from the floor to the jumps? I am well hydrated, I drink about 10 glasses of water during the day and due to my schedule have to do the work outs in the evening, about an hour after and a half after dinner (which is my lightest meal). I was cleared by my doc (ya, I really went!) and normally have pretty low Blood Pressure. I can do JM's 30 day shred and keep up, I've done it a few times. Just wondering if this has happend to anyone else and if you have any suggestions. Thanks ahead of time!0 -
i got a little dizzy from time to time. think its natural when you are working that hard and eating at a calorie defecit to experince it once in awhile.
shouldn't be feeling it every workout or even every week.0 -
Starting week 4 tomorrow!0
-
I get dizzy from time to time mostly during all the up and downs, globes, level 1 & 2 drills. Got to remember to breathe, I tend to hold my breath when exorting that much effort to keep moving. I stop, catch my breath and back into it.
Woke up with a stuffy head today.Nothing a little Pure Cardio can't handle.0 -

I used to get very dizzy during globe jumps, what helps me is find a spot you can focus on and keep your eyes there the whole time. Even if you have to place a penny somewhere, make it something like a dot on the wall/ floor or a small object, it really helps me!0
