    Thanks, but i dont consider this a diet rather a life style change embracing healthier eating (but i still eat lots) and exercise :)

    Thankyou! yes it is the last 6 months that has shown me the most changes. But along with that the closer i got to my goal, and with every mini goal i reached that i hadnt seen in like 10-15yrs made me want to work harder to seehow far i could go!!! as ive not been this weight since i was in my late teens so have no idea what my comfortable adult weight is! I guess i will find out when i get there!!! My health, strength,fitness are my biggest motivators now.
