Hi, thought I would share my success story now I have figured out how to add photos! Started this journey august 2011 to help a friend who wanted someone to lose weight with. (she quit October 2012) I have included some pre loss photos of me at my biggest from December 2010. I started at 127.5kg in august 2011 and lost 27 kg by November 2011 getting down to 100.4 kg I then had some personal stress and lost the plot I gained back 11kg by may 2012 then got my **** together and went hard! I am now 79.1 with my goal weight being 75kg . It has been a real up and down journey but since October 2012 I went sugar free and as you will see from the pics this made a huge difference to my shape and body fat reduction. I do unfortunately have loose skin under my arms but my specialist said I have great muscle tone and surgery is the only option. I will see how I feel in a year or two of keeping the weight off!     Awesome job! I really like seeing all the pictures, it made it that much more real. Even on some of the months that you couldn't see a big difference, usually by the next month it was like WOW. Great job you!
