I have recently decided I want to be 9stone 13 lbs. Just to be in the nine department. That is 139 lbs.
I am 5ft 5ins and 63, so the weight I used to aim at when I was in my twenties is probably a bit light nowadays. Don't want to be scraggy! !!!
That means I have 14 lbs to go. I have only decided on this weight today having dipped under the 11 stone mark at last. I am now in Tenderland! :flowerforyou: :drinker:0 -

119lbs. Started at 147, as of today I'm 125.
Once I get to goal I want to start on toning, so my weight may go up, but I'll look better, which I dont mind0 -

I'm 5'10". I've never worn a single digit size--EVER! So, if I could tone my body, or lose enough to wear an 8, I'd be super happy! But, I've been (stuck) at 150 before and it's a healthy weight for my "football player" frame!0 -

eeks i was 84 kgs when i started im 165cms tall 5ft 5 that is like 186lbs in pounds it sounds so bad , anyway my goal weight is 65kgs which converts to 143lbs which still sounds like a lot lol since starting here two weeks ago ive lost 2kgs and weigh in again tomorrow0

Haha, Finally I have found someone who uses kg instead of lbs here :laugh:
I am not sure how much I really weigh at the moment (got to buy the batteries for my scale first).
Although I am not really in a strict mission of achieving any 'goal weight' at the moment (my focus is more to toning up my body), I'd say, 47-50kg is the ideal range of weight for me as I am only 5 '2''0 -
Well I plan on losing some body fat and hopefully adding a little muscle to reach around a more toned 140, which is the weight I am currently. So hoping to reach 135 goal weight and then "bulk" up a little to around 140 pounds as an ultimate goal weight.0
