    Congratulations! That is awesome. I started a year ago at 193........or so I say. I didn't weigh myself at my highest weight. Joined the gym April 11, 2012, and started using MFP. Down 38 lbs. I am also 5'2".

    Before my son was born 3 yrs ago I was abotu 92lbs and liked how I looked. I have had Gastric bypass and the weight is slowly creeping back on. I would love to be low 90's again.

    I weighed 162.2 this morning, my goal weight is 145 since that is what I believe I can maintain however still puts me in the overweight category for my height. (According to my BMI) I would need to hit 136 to put me in the normal category and as much as I would love to be around 130 (in the middle of the normal/healthy BMI range)I don't think I'd be able to maintain it as when I was the lowest as an adult at 138 I wasn't able to. Once I hit my 145 goal I may reassess my goal and try to improve further but I know I'll be happy at 145.

    I'm making small goals for myself, so it doesn't seem so daunting.
    I've started at 286. My first goal is 250. Then 200. Then 180. Then, my final goal of 150. :) However long it takes, I'm going to do it.

    I'm 5'6" and currently at an unhappy weight of about 203. My current goal is to be at 160. That's the top of the healthy weight range for my age and height. From there, I'll make my UGW :)

    My goal is 153 based on my body fat percentage. My current weight is 157. I was down to 155, but when I started doing weight training, I bumped up in weight though I got smaller in size at the same time.
