    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1 banana
1 tbsp sunflower butter (or PB, but I'm allergic)
1/4 cup coconut milk (you can use it as part of the liquid or in addition to the full amount of liquid needed to cook, depending on how you like your oats)

    = DELISH

I LOVE Peanut butter in mine, I have it at least 3x a week. (For awhile there it was an every day thing because I couldn't figure out what else to make) but if I could eat peanut butter with every meal I would so do it! =)

Half a banana and about a tablespoon of walnuts and nuke. Tastes like banana bread! (caution--bananas will sort of melt and will be VERY hot and hold heat for a bit. Stir and be careful.)

My latest favorite is steel cut oatmeal with strawberries, 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, and about 1/2 cup of skim milk. And I usually thrown in 1 oz fo chopped walnuts. It comes out to 326 cals.
