    I too am a slow loser! at -94 in over 3 years... still have 20some to go! WTG!!!! I know it is hard to not give up when it takes a long time to lose I struggle with that every few months!

    I'm 22 now and about the shape you used to be and I want to do what you did. Thanks for the inspiration that it is possible and for the motivation by showing us how big a difference it can make. (I also LOVE that dress you're wearing, the one that's long in the back but shorter at the front.)

    Thank you for this post! I have been trying to lose weight since last June (have lost 41lbs so far). I still have 40 more to go. I get weighed down by everyone not understanding that i want to do this slow and steady because I really want this to be a lifestyle change. Also many people who push one to lose weight fast (fad diets, extreme workouts, etc.). This was just the motivation I needed to keep going. You are truly an inspiration and you look FABULOUS!
